“I recently stayed at Park Plaza Park Royal with my family, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is excellent very convenient for Heathrow Airport whether you're driving or using public transport, and with easy access to Central London. There are also plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, giving you lots of options during your stay. The hotel itself was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay enjoyable. The service throughout was excellent, and it made a real difference to our visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to families, business travellers, or anyone visiting London. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were all so polite and friendly, and everyone made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was one of the highlights — lots of choice at the buffet and everything was fresh and tasty. In general, the food was excellent, and we also loved the bar and restaurant area. Such a nice atmosphere to relax in during the evenings. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, so we slept really well. The location was also great and made it easy to get around. Overall, a really welcoming hotel with lovely staff and a great atmosphere throughout. Would happily stay again.”

“Me and my partner have come to stay at park plaza London Park Royal as we have a concert on the Friday. We have never been to London before. We arrived early and before check in. We was met at reception by a lovely lady called manue and she was so lovely and so welcoming and even let is check in early as a complimentary gift. She told us everything we needed to know and gave us our room keys. Our room is gorgeous and clean. Spacious and comfortable for our 2 nights stay here. Would 1000% recommend to any other first timers.”

“I can't rate it highly enough on the service we got. From check in to check out. I went with my daughters and wife, and the front desk made sure my daughter's felt warmly welcomed and catered to. I'm sorry I missed her name, as she was gone by the time we went back, but she was unforgettable. I will be returning, mostly for her and how she treated my daughters with grace and like full humans.”

From being welcomed by name the moment I walk through the door, to the handwritten cards in my room and thoughtful touches like chocolates or a brownie, it’s the small gestures that really make a big difference. Every department consistently delivers great service. Reception, room service, the restaurant, and the bar staff are always friendly, professional, and happy to help — nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I’d especially like to thank Nina, Kirsty on the night team, Justyna and Tia at the bar, and Raheem on reception for always going above and beyond.
